Become an Ambassador – Help our youth face the unrecognizable future.

Our youth need skills that will ensure their success.

Join in the conversation on how we can coach our youth.
What was your world like when you were growing up?
In my case there was no television, and of course no video games, internet, smart phones, etc. Like you, the changes that we have seen in our lifetimes have been enormous. However, what we have experienced is nothing like what today’s youth will encounter as they grow up. The changes we have seen so far is only the tip of the iceberg of the rapid changes that are on the horizon.
This has made me realize that today’s youth will be facing a world which will be unrecognizable from today’s viewpoint. Many of the jobs that they are being ‘trained’ for will either disappear or be dramatically altered. They require skills for which they are currently not being trained.
Some of the skills they will need are in the communication, interpersonal, decision-making and lifelong learning areas. They need coaching on skills that will ensure their success but the current education systems offer very little in these areas.
After many years of working with coaching youth in communication and leadership in Toastmasters, I have been working on setting up coaching programs for youth. This is to assist our youth in facing the enormous challenges on the horizon in this rapidly changing world.
Who do you know that might be interested to act as an Ambassador for such coaching programs? They could review and comment on these youth coaching programs and join in on the conversation.
Please share the website with anyone you think who may be interested in coaching our youth as I believe this is an opportunity for us to give back and to help our youth, our future leaders.
If you, or anyone you know, is interested in becoming an Ambassador, please inform us on our Contact us page and put ‘Ambassador’ in the Subject which can be found at: http://www.ourfutureleaders.ca/contact-us/
I look forward to hearing from you and as always, wish you lots of love and laughter.
